Hamish Scott as The Cavalier

Hamish Scott trained at The Royal Ballet School and Elmhurst Ballet School before joining Birmingham Royal Ballet in 2017, where he danced for over seven years. His repertoire there included leading roles in ballets by Frederick Ashton, David Bintley, Kenneth MacMillan, and Peter Wright, with highlights such as The Tempest, Cinderella, Romeo and Juliet, and The Nutcracker. Hamish was awarded the Bronze Medal at the Genée International Ballet Competition (2016) and was a BBC Young Dancer Finalis

Isaac Bowry as The Nutcracker

Isaac is an experienced dancer with several companies, including many productions with Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures. Isaac made his debut with Brecon Festival Ballet in 2024, performing the lead role of The Nutcracker/Nathaniel, and we are delighted to welcome him back this year.

Natasha Trigg

Natasha Trigg

Natasha grew up just outside Brecon and has been dancing the role of the Sugar Plum Fairy since our inaugural year in 2019. She’s an experienced ballet dancer, who has performed with English National Ballet at the Royal Albert Hall and is currently dancing a principal role in Tales of Hoffmann at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden.

Yasset Roldan as The Cavalier

Yasset Roldan as The Cavalier

Yasset Roldan Yasset is an experienced dancer, from Cuba, who’s danced with a variety of companies and who first danced with Brecon Festival Ballet in 2021, dazzling audiences in the Don Quixote Pas de Deux. We’re delighted to welcome him back in 2025 to dance the role of the Cavalier, which he first performed last year.

Aimee Casey

Aimee Casey

Aimee is a Welsh dancer who has risen through the ranks at Brecon Festival Ballet, from Corps de Ballet roles in 2022, to the Columbine Doll in 2023 with her debut in the Principal role of the Sugar Plum Fairy in 2024! It will be lovely to welcome Aimee back to perform this role again this year.

Georgia Smart as Clara

Georgia Smart as Clara

Georgia joined Brecon Festival Ballet in 2021 when she performed the Columbine Doll and covered the role of Clara. She made her debut as Clara in the full-length Nutcracker in 2023 and we’re delighted to see Georgia perform this role again in this year.
